Exploring the great outdoors
After a nice little break, for the festive season in India, I am back in action with my postings. And as I was thinking of all the fun I had the past few weeks, I realized, how happy I was just moving around, not locked up in my home but watching the sunrise from my train window, or seeing the farmers gather there essential tools for the toiling needed for the day. The picnics and garden parties, the Frisbee playing with all my nephews may have left me exhausted for a short while but more than that it actually left me energized happy and bustling with energy for the next period of hard work at home and office.
I therefore am back revitalized and rejuvenated to start this week with a topic that can help everyone of you just take a break from the mundane activities of life like the constant typing on the keyboard, the ever demanding household chores, the persistent tug of words with colleagues and the boss. The answer lies outside. Just leave everything for a day or two and venture out of your secure homes, offices and lounge. See how a breath of fresh air, not the stale AC circulated air, actually helps you feel fresh from the very deep core of your soul. Explore your own horizons, see the often neglected backyard and what fun element you can add to it to make it your own little haven in the concrete jungle.
This week let me give you a few ideas of what you can do outside that helps revitalize your inside. Stay with me friends.
